Post #28: Alternate Liquids - Antiazoth Pt. 4 (Final)

Much to Hannah's dismay, it was yet again one of those times to shut down all of the equipment and lay low, I might go over the reasons at a later time, since for now I want to finally finish off this project I undertook several years ago and bring this fourparter to a conclusion.

In the previous post I've talked about the vaccine for the Azoth that clumps up in our bodies whenever we're exposed to Longus Homo's presence, being seemingly capable of eliminating it's presence within us without any lasting effects. Of course that was practice on just strands of liquids, all under a microscope, the question now was how would my vaccine fair in an actual human body.

It took me a while to find a perfect test subject, there's many of them in the wild out there regardless of how many of them think they are laying low. However trying to force an experimental vaccine on either a runner or a proxy most likely wouldn't go so well, considering the inherent trust issues and paranoia that both tend to exhibit, for obvious reasons.

So the ideal candidate would have to be a catatonic one, or as people on the blogs have taken to calling them: "The Hollowed". For those unfamiliar with the term, The Hollowed are people who's minds seem to be in a permanent catatonic state, despite that their bodies continue to move, undertaking specific tasks as if receiving orders from an unknown to us source. Hannah used to be one that I used when I needed to carry out my experiments on Azoth's Electrical Conduction properties, so the practice is not an unfamiliar one.

I was able to find my target in an abandoned train yard, a hooded figure, about the size of a teenager, standing in the middle of the abandoned train tracks, not moving, seemingly waiting for something. It wasn't hard to get a drop on them and inject them with the vaccine, applying it to the back of their neck, but avoiding the cervical spine entirely, I wasn't about to perform something as precise as an Epidural Injection, not whilst the recipient of the vaccine was busy thrashing around in my grip, an injection near the back of the neck would have to do considering that Azoth tends to begin it's invasion of the human body from the nervous system.

As soon as I finished injecting the vaccine into my test subject, his thrashing began to transform into violent shaking, a convulsion. I set the test subject down on the ground and ran off into one of the nearby abandoned wagons, observing from a distance in case there were more Proxies prowling around. The convulsion lasted for around 5 minutes, during the process the subject seemed to begin foaming at the mouth, so far everything pointed to a seizure attack. This process lasted for around 15-20 minutes, during that time the subject would begin to make it's first noises, grunts of pain to be more precise.

Then suddenly the body seized and went limp, looked like the test subject passed away. However, never to be sure I gave it 30 minutes, during my wait I tried to see from the distance if the body was breathing, or not, but it was too dark and I was too far away to tell. Once the time ran out, I was about to start walking towards the subject's body in order to take a blood and saliva sample to see what exactly occurred, but to my pleasant surprise I was stopped dead in my tracks by the sudden eruption of violent coughs from the very much alive Test Subject.

The coughs lasted about 3 minutes after which the Subject would turns itself on it's side and begin to vomit out a lot of black substance. this lasted for around 40 minutes, at some point the regular vomiting turned into unsuspecting vomiting as I could hear the test subject begin to question where it was, but instantly being interrupted by a wave of black liquid violently erupting out of it's mouth. Eventually the test subject got up to it's feet, leaning against one of the abandoned wagons, no doubt trying to collect it's thoughts and itself in general.

The subject seemed to have no idea of where it was, how it got there, or even what year it was. It did remember it's name and where it last was before it's assumed abduction.

The test subject would begin to slowly and limply try and finds it's way out of the abandoned train yard and into the civilization. I followed it, but not before getting myself a sample of the black liquid that it vomited out. Reason for my pursuit of the subject after the experiment is that the train yard was surrounded by a forest, not far from the highway but still, it was dense enough. I kept an eye on the subject up until it got to the highway and was picked up by a truck driver and given a lift, I wanted to make sure the subject to made it's way to some kind of a safe spot, because I'm planning on keeping tabs on it, to see if any side effects of the vaccine begin to rear their head.

While it was convulsing I searched the subject for any identifying documents on it and it had an ID card on itself, so I know the subject's name, where it was born, where it used to live, making the process of keeping tabs on it much easier.

If there are any side effects that begin to appear, I will re-open this post chain and proceed to update it just like I have for this entire time. However, for now, this post chain is on lockdown, at this point all I have left to do is wait.

Might go over the collected vomit sample at a later date.

Post #27: Alternate Liquids - Antiazoth Pt. 3

A breakthrough, after years of trying to work on this, what was seemingly at the time a little project of mine, has turned into a nearly 5 year long endeavour to synthesize a "vaccine" of sorts, to allow the human body to fend itself of the Alternate Liquid intake that tends to happen when we come into contact with "Longus Homo" (Or "Slenderman" as it is more widely known).

Let's cover some of the basics first to refresh the memory:
1. I manage to get my hands on a blood sample from a shadowy organization.
2. Said blood sample contains within itself a unique set of white blood cells which are capable of fending off Azoth.
3. The end result ends up killing Azoth but also all the necessary antibodies along with it, leaving the human body more vulnerable to other infections.

So the purpose of experimentation up until this point was to find a way to somehow protect the antibodies from dying off after successfully fending off Azoth, to leave the human body intact with a perfectly functioning immune system.

Thanks to Kelevra's generous donation, the water from the "Moriturum's" ("Dying Man's") domain, which exhibited extraordinary, healing properties.

Examining the water under the microscope, it didn't at all appear to be different from the regular water that we consume in our day-to-day lives. However, when combined with the Anti-Azothic blood sample, the changes were instantaneous and obvious, specifically to the blood's white cells. The water seemed to accelerate the activity of the cells, matching it to that of the activity of the Neutrophils which essentially acts as "first responders" of the immune system. By nature Neutrophils are usually the first of the White Blood Cells to detect harm to the immune system and are first to engage said form of harm, meaning that they are significantly "faster" than the rest of the cells. If none of you know, Neutrophils usually consist 55 -80% of a person's white blood cells, acting as the first line of defence against viruses and bacteria, the remaining white cells (Monocytes, Lymphocytes, Basophils and Eosinophils) act as a form of "back-up" or "clean-up", as a result of which they are usually far "slower" or "delayed" in their activity, mainly because they must allow the Neutrophils to fight off whatever might be endangering the immune system first. However, when I added the water, the result was the other white cells match their activity speed to Neutrophils (Neutrophils remained unchanged).

Now regular water intake is important, because it helps the human body to produce Lymph which in turn is responsible for circulating the white blood cells and nutrients across the body, allowing the cells to travel to all of the body's tissues. The water from the river however, seems to not only do that, but also seemingly increase the speed at which the cells travel through the body.

Naturally, the next step was to pit the Anti-Azothic blood, which has been infused with the water, against Azoth itself. In my previous test, the blood seemed to eliminate the Azoth, but at the cost of the White Cells themselves, this time however the outcome was different. Right off the bat, the engagement was different, whereas before, when Azoth was introduced it was the first one to engage the White Cells, this time it seemed like the White Cells were the first ones to attack Azoth, safe to assume this is due to the fact that Cell activity was increased because of the River Water. Second big difference was the fact that the Cells were not absorbing the Azoth like last time, this time they were outright dissipating it, again this is most likely due to the fact that the River Water increased the speed of activity within the rest of the White Cells allowing the Monocytes to help break down the Azoth and Lymphocytes create the necessary antibodies, at greater speed.

As a result of the White Cells no longer needing to absorb Azoth to eliminate it, the White Cells remained instead of dying out along with the Azoth. This is an important finding, a first step in creating a vaccine of sorts for the infections that our bodies suffer when coming in contact with one of those creatures.

The next step is live subject testing.

Post #23: Alternate Liquids - Antiazoth Pt. 2

So some of you may have read my recent adventure within a loop, on a task to steal some necessary equipment in order to better preserve the blood cells which seemed to contain the Antiazoth within them.

I'll go over what happened, very briefly, mainly because I do not want to clog up designated posts with worthless information. It didn't take long for me to figure out what organization Kelevra was talking about in his recent posts upon his return, mainly his post detailing the whole Microchip practice. The only place that I was aware of, that developed these, was a university research branch, based in California, the purpose of which was to allow people with mental disabilities, like: tourettes, autism, tic disorder, AHDH, etc...

The premise is, the chips would give a wave of shock to the brain, in order to kick the brain and the nervous system in the gear and prevent unwanted outbursts, by balancing the chemicals within the brain, making them more passive, allowing for the person to regain and cease control over their bodies.

That was enough for me to track down all too familiar addresses, from there on, it was a matter of repetitive infiltration, which was far more easier because I've done it before, plus, their attention was now on Kelevra alone. After which, I just had to hole up and wait for Kelevra's inevitable attack, it also helped that I went completely silent for a long time, making everybody forget about my existence, people should really use their blogs to their advantage more often.

As for what I was trying to steal, I was trying to get my hands on their stash of RPMI-1640 Medium, which would help me preserve the white blood cells for a lot more longer, which would in turn allow for prolonged experimentation.



Alight, now that, that's out of the way, let's talk about Antiazoth, sadly I can't say I have made a lot of revelations about the biological construct, of what makes these white blood cells so special, that only these ones can try and prevent the spread of Azoth through the body.

Yes, try, as I said before, in my previous post, as they prevent azoth from invading the body, the cells themselves die out pretty quickly, which isn't good, because a dead cell can still spread infection through the body, it's hardly a solution, you're stuck between either allowing your body to be taken over by Azoth, or you are stuck with a weaker immune system, with dead, rotting cells flowing through the blood stream.

But there is a slight new revelation, take a look at this:

    A. White cell fighting off the Azoth.
   B. White cell absorbing the Azoth.

  C. Dead cell.

As you can see, the white cells don't fight the Azoth like any other infection, instead they absorb it, after the initial struggle, the hostile body in this conflict is the Azoth, it's the one that goes on the offensive almost instantly once it has spotted the White Cells.

Exhibit A shows that perfectly. You can see The Azoth circling the one of the three White Cells and actively attacking, by what seems like, ripping bits and pieces of the white cell apart, as you can see by noticing the jagged outline among the Azoth line, the small lumps sticking out, is the Azoth ripping off bits and pieces of the White Cell.

Exhibit B show that during the struggle, at some point, the White Cell begins to absorb the Azoth into itself, presumably after Azoth dealt enough damage to the White Cell.

And Exhibit C shows the already dead cell, with no Azoth insight.

This establishes something about the Azoth:

Azoth isn't like ordinary bacteria, ordinary bacteria tend to run away the White Blood cells, for as long as possible, the bacteria tries it's best to not even come close to the white blood cells. Azoth on the other hand, as you can see from the above picture, just outright attacks the White Blood cells and tries to destroy them.

Which is probably what happens, within our bodies when we get infected with Azoth, sadly we do not possess the type of White Cells that this finger does and it's safe to assume that when it comes to our regular bodies, Azoth just easily plows through the White Cells.

So the question is, what makes these cells so special and if Azoth wasn't so relentless, would they be able to actually fight it off, without dying off themselves. This has been a theory I've been pondering for quite some time now, if I found some way to stagnate the Azoth within the body, would the White Cells be able to wipe it out, without dying in the process and leaving our body vulnerable?

I have an idea, but it will take time to prepare, for now, that's all I have, I should get back into the habit of posting here regularly.

Post #20: Alternate Liquids - Antiazoth

Alright, so here it is, the big one.

I'e spent so much time reading their logs and documentations on this particular liquid they were developing, I thought I'd never finish, they went through a very difficult process to create this antidote, according to their logs, this antidote has been in development since the 80's. I had to go through 31 years of documentation, I had trouble remembering everything I read and now to try and summarize everything? This is going to be difficult.

But let's begin, as I said, the development of Antiazoth began back in the 80's, 1984 to be precise. This is the easy part to summarize, since it's just a log about them coming up with potential theories on how to develop the antidote and plans to capture some of the Azoth, for their experiments. It looks like in the 80's, there wasn't a lot of proxies running around like there is today, which makes me wonder, how did they even know about Azoth back then?

There were probably some proxies back then, without the terminology we came up for them today of course, now I'm really curious as to how everything worked in the early days.

Anyway, a decade of these logs is dedicated solely to plans and failed attempts at capturing Azoth. I am not going to go over their failed plans, what I will however talk about a little bit is their final attempt at capturing Azoth. Or rather, their ability to predict where our tall friend would appear, for about a decade they tried to grab a piece of Azoth by attempting to rip it off of Slender himself, problem was, they couldn't track him, couldn't predict his movements, no surprise, we still can't do that today.

But somehow, someone, managed to, for a short while, their logs mention an anonymous source, which has apparently been aiding their organization for a while now, enough for them to trust this source, according to the logs, this source was able to give them the exact time and location of a victim that Slender was about to reveal itself to for the first time.

According to the log, the source turned out to be pretty correct, a few details were wrong, like the time, the organization ended up arriving late, the victim was already traumatized and scared, meaning that Slender already did the job and left. The retrieval group was about to leave, but not before the victim started having a coughing fit, spitting out black substance instead of the blood. The retrieval group took the sample and since then, they studied it, whilst keeping an eye on the victim.

When they were able to determine that the sample they retrieved was exactly what they needed, they kidnapped the victim, dissected them and that's how they managed to learn, way before us, that Azoth manifests inside a person's body.

This is the interesting part about this organization, they've been way ahead of us since the 80's, probably even further back, since only this documentation, which only documents their experiments on Azoth dates back to the 80's, for all we know, these guys could have been around for a much longer period of time, in fact, I'm willing to bet my hat on it.

Apparently they were either able to predict the invasion of other Fears, or the other Fears were already here since the 90's, something I highly doubt, because for the longest of time, when the Internet only caught whiff of Slender, it was just him, makes no sense why the other Fears would stay quiet. So we must assume that they were able to predict it, since they were talking about, in their Azoth experimentation logs, exposing it to other creatures, which descriptions match that of The Black Dog and Rake.

From then on, we have several years of constant experimentation with different materials, very similar to what I'm doing, except they lacked the knowledge then, that I posses now, and some of these lead to nothing, others lead to devastating results. They tried using Azoth as weaponry, by putting it inside of bullets, according to the logs, upon pulling the trigger, the gun exploded, ripping off a shooters hand.

One time, one of their workers took no precautions, which led to a bit of Azoth latching on to him and going inside of him through his nostrils, after which it began to infect the testers bloodstream and etc. While it was a loss, according to the logs, it was also a gainful outcome, because they allowed Azoth to grow inside of the tester and after they considered that it was enough, they would dissect him and retrieve more Azoth, after which, they began farming Azoth, which makes me wonder, how much of it they have by this point.

I'm just going to skip to the point of where they finally developed the antiazoth, which was a breakthrough that happened only thanks to their anonymous source, yet again. Apparently they were scheduled to receive a package from their anonymous source, as the documentation reads, the package was a severed, white, pale human finger, the thing that was special about it, was that the blood seemed to be extremely pale, practically pink.

Next thing they did, was cut off the ti of the finger and insert azoth inside of it, after which they put the tip under a microscope to see what would happen. Now I'd like to remind, up to this point in time, a human body was never able to reject Azoth, anybody who has been infected with it, was stuck with it, the only times I can remember anybody coming close at halting the Azoth spreading process was Redlight, who somehow managed to wipe the memories of those who were being stalked by Slender, which somehow prevent the grow of Azoth, otherwise the mind wipe would never remain permanent; and Sagari, who (Assuming, thanks to Sanctuary only) was able to just outright block the Azoth from spreading further inside a human's body. Even then, those two instance are just assumptions on my part, based on the idea that Azoth is capable of controlling a person's nervous system, which creates hallucinations, visions and etc.

So what happened? Well, according to the logs, the antibodies of the finger's blood cells began to latch onto the Azoth and slowly get rid of it, once they got rid of it, the antibodies seemed to begin to die off themselves. The researchers tried to analyze the pale blood as much as they could, but they saw no difference in it, compared to regular human blood, apart from the fact that this blood's antibodies were capable of defending the body from Azoth, but at a loss.

And this is what this liquid I have on me right now, is. It's the blood from that finger, one vile of it, stored in a mini freezing container, I'm sure they have plenty more. Apparently, they are still trying to figure out on how to use this Antiazoth without the destruction of a person's immune system.

Well, the reason I took the chance and stole this sample is because I have a hunch and an idea on how to turn this into a working Antiazoth, but I will talk about that, when I actually get any results.

Post #18: Return and Anti-Azoth

It's so unusual to be sitting in a room which is not lit up by candles for once, I'm back.

Let's get right down to business. The organization that I infiltrated back in January of 2015, when I stole that liquid that they developed in order to eliminate Azoth from the human body? Turns out, they had more tricks up their sleeves and unbeknownst to me, have been slowly tracking down my signal. Luckily for us, I was able to notice a "Change in scenery" let's call it that, and immediately ordered Hannah to help me turn off anything electronic.

For a whole year we sat with no electricity, no way of communication with the outside world and looking around, it looks like we weren't the only ones who went silent, which is a pity.

I was of course, capable of going outside on a few occasions in order to get all the living necessities we would require at the time and on occasion, I was also able to access the internet in order to keep an eye on any updates, but not for too long, or else the organization that was after us, would start sniffing around more broadly.

Since then, we've changed locations, got new equipment and pretty much renewed everything, it took time to establish a new safe ground, but we finally did it.

However, the forceful silence did not limit my researching endeavors. Whilst outside, I tried my best to encounter a proxy, I was hoping to find a hollowed one, since the liquid was known for killing the body after it eliminated all of Azoth, but alas, I had to settle for a regular proxy.

I was able to sneak up behind them and force a drop of the liquid into their mouth, making sure they swallowed it. After which I immediately started running away, whilst the proxy was occupied with coughing. Realizing that I wasn't being followed, I stuck around to see the effects, but there were none, at least, not immediately.

I followed this proxy for a week and a half, as carefully as I could, I did not plan on staying out for such a long time and it was dangerous, but, my curiosity got the best of me. Effects started taking place after 3 days, the proxy in question started coughing furiously and throughout the 3 days, they became a lot more paler. Couple of days later, the coughing would only increase, to the point that the Proxy would have to stop at some points and cough up a good amount of Azoth. The following 4 days, the Proxy was experiencing an extreme case of skin shedding and at certain points, incapability to move. The Remaining 2 days, the proxy in question, suffocated to death, whilst their skin kept peeling off, luckily for me, they had suffocated in a secluded area, which granted me the ability to examine the corpse. Skin wasn't the only thing that was peeling off, the proxy was also suffering an extreme case of loss of hair.

Curious with the internal damage, I cut open a small bit of the proxies body open, pure blood, no traces of Azoth, or the Liquid which I put the Proxy in contact with, I took a blood sample and on that same day, sent it off to my contact who had the technology to tell me more.

As soon as we established a new base of operations, I read through my e-mails and 3 days after I sent off the blood sample, I already had a reply. My contact informed me, that there was nothing out of the ordinary with the blood sample I had sent them, apart from the fact that it was stale, but that could easily be due to the fact, that when I sent it off, it wasn't stored properly.

At least, the liquid, which I will now dub the "Anti-Azoth" works, to some extent.

Post #14: Alternate Liquids - Venenatus

I call this liquid - "Venenatus", which is Latin for "Venomous"

This is a new liquid, my past self never recorded anything bout it, because he never got around to obtaining it. I obtained the liquid quite recently, because it could be the most difficult to obtain, since the carriers of it are really hard to track down.

If the translation above didn't give you an idea of what I'm talking about, I'll just clarify and say that I'm talking about the liquids that reside inside the Lilim's, the servants of a being known as The Mother of Snakes.

As I said, Lilim's are hard to find, unlike proxies, they don't wander around our world aimlessly, when they aren't doing anything, they stay inside of their domain, so how was I able to acquire a sample of their liquid? Simple, instead of tracking down a fully converted Lilim, I was able to track down a Lilim in the making, a human in the early stages of turning into a Lilim.

That person was already quite far into the stage of mutation, to the point where they had fangs, not as far to be able to replace their legs with a tail though. I took both: a blood sample and a venom sample from them and left.

First, let's talk about blood. The Lilim's blood has congealed as the process of mutation progressed. In order to take a blood sample, I had to stab the Lilim and literally put my hand inside the wound and rip out a chunk of blood, you can take a look below:

At first I found it strange, but as time passed, it made sense. What happens when a poisonous snake's venom comes into contact with Human blood? Exactly, it coagulates, however, this is a bit different.

As I examined the blood sample, I found a few interesting cells swimming around in it, those cells were the same as the Venom sample I took from the Lilim and those cells were spreading fast. I took the blood sample (While wearing gloves, of course) and squeezed it above a plastic container, I was squeezing out the green venom. Blood was mutating, it was changing due to having contact with the venom, yes, however, blood was creating this venom, since cells were forming out of nowhere.

As for the venom, believe it or not, I didn't find anything out of the ordinary, the only thing I was able to find out, is what type of snake this venom belong to and it belongs to Inland Taipan, by many, considered to be the world's most deadliest snake.

I'll definitely re-visit this liquid, but for now, I don't have enough information to write up anything else.

Post #4: Alternate Liquids - Frigidus

I call this liquid - "Frigidu", which is Latin for "Cold".

As you can probably guess, I will be talking about The Cold Boy's Liquid, or rather, the lack of it.

According to my journal, one of the many encounters with "The Children of The Cold" I had, I managed to decapitate one of them and then store the head within my base of operations.

According to me, The Children of The Cold don't have a liquid, at least, they don't seem to "bleed" it out.

The inside of the head is completely frozen: the brain, the pupils, tongue, teeth, etc. All of it is frozen solid, I had a hard time cutting into the child's head with the kitchen knife, trying to break through the ice. Once I did, their brain was frozen solid, just like the skull. Other than that, there was nothing unusual located in the child's head.

Apparently the ice never melts, because looking at the head right now, it's still frozen solid. In fact, it seems to freeze even more, since the cut in the head has ice growing around the gap.

But then, according to my journal, it dawned on me, that maybe the liquid itself, was the ice? So I cut off a piece of the child's left cheek. Since this is the only liquid so far, that I could actually put under a microscope without any danger, I found something strange:

The Skin of The Cold Child.

As you can see, the skin, apart from it being frozen, looks normal. However, there are these blue cells growing on top of the already frozen skin. I have no idea what that is, but I assume that this is Frigidu, a substance that causes the ice to grow and maintain it's cold aspect, no matter what, literally, I tried to melt it, put it under the light, left it in the hottest area of my base, threw it in hot water, no effect. The ice just stays the same. Frigidu doesn't seem to move, it just grows.

It is also said that their pupils are sometimes black. However, the pupil on this Child's head is normal and frozen. I cut it out to investigate it, maybe something in it, that makes it black. Found nothing.

So for now, this is all there is to say about Frigidu. But looking at a few blogs, there is more things to investigate concerning The Cold Boy.

Post #3: Alternate Liquids - Acidus

This is a liquid that I actually have, preserved.

I call it "Acidus" which is Latin for "Acid".

This liquid is found in the bodies of Maenad's and is often left behind by The Rake.

According to my journal, I got this liquid by tracking down a dead body of a fully mutated Maenad.

Acidus has the properties of Hydrofluoric Acid, for those of you who don't know what that is, it's basically an acid that can burn practically through anything, even glass. However, unlike Hydrofluoric Acid, this Acid has the color of slight, dark blue in it, making it look like Liquid Oxygen. Also, when I first found this liquid, bleeding out of the dead Maenad's body, it wasn't burning through the ground, nor was it drying out, only when I got close, did it start burning through the ground.

Also, another distinction from the usual Hydrofluoric Acid, is that, Acidus, doesn't create dangerous gas, at least, it didn't so far. Another major difference, is that Acidus doesn't necessarily burn through everything it comes in contact with. Maenad's carry it inside of them without deadly consequences.

I believe that Acidus, just like Azoth, is alive. It doesn't move like Azoth, in fact, in that regard, it doesn't move at all. However, the reason I say it's alive, is because, it seems to choose what it wants to burn. According to my journal, I ran an experiment based on this assumption, since Hydrofluoric Acid can't burn through plastic I created a sort of glove made out of plastic, put a rock into my palm and poured Acidus on top of the rock, the experiment showed that Acidus didn't even try to burn the rock, it was trying to burn through the Plastic Glove, trying to get to my exposed hand, the way I could tell, was that it was creating steam, the steam was coming from under the rock and from around the rock, but not from the top of the rock.

Didn't try to interact with it, via fire, water, etc. Since I don't know what the chain reaction could be, Hydrofluoric Acid is nothing to joke with.

Now, I couldn't take Maenad's body in, for further study, since it was covered in Acidus and would probably burn my arms, while carrying the dead Maenad. My other source was able to dissect a Maenad's body and he says that Acidus seems to mostly stay in two places of the body, a little bit of it in the nervous system and the rest of it practically replaces Hydrochloric Acid (Stomach Acid all of us have). Don't know if this source is still alive to this day, nor did my past self detail any contact information for this Source.

Unlike Slender Man who seems to spread Azoth into a human body, by making internal contact (For example: A stab with it's tentacle) with a human body and then, once inside, separating little bits of it from itself. The Rake seems to do it in a venomous fashion, by biting its victims.

I can't tell if the "Whispers" Maenad's hear are coming from Acidus, or The Rake itself, since we don't have a lot of information on Acidus. However, the fact that Acidus seems to reside in the nervous system of the human's body would suggest that Acidus is responsible for a Maenad Mutation Process, however, that isn't proven.

Post #2: Alternate Liquids - Azoth

I'm pretty sure that everyone's familiar with the concept of "Alternate Liquids" (Azoth, etc.). Those are the liquids that somehow connect biologically and possibly mentally, to the creatures that pursue us. Some people theorized that it was their blood, some theorized that it's the creatures themselves, etc.

Throughout the years, a few people attempted to study it, a recent User listed very important aspects of a Liquid known as "Azoth" a liquid that connects to "The Slenderman". You can read up on these findings here: Finding #1 (The User was generous enough to provide a link, to most important aspects.)

But before we begin, what is Azoth? Well, Azoth is one of the 4 crucial elements in Alchemy. No, that's not correct, Azoth is believed to be a result of a connection between three elements. This "connection" is known as "Trinity":
 (3 Elements forming the fourth, which is Azoth.)

Those 3 elements, are: Salt, Mercury and Sulphur. Not to be confused with the actual Salt, Mercury and Sulphur which we encounter, physically, everyday. Each of The Elements are believed to contain the two of the other elements in them, for example: Salt consists of Mercury and Sulphur; Sulphur consists of Salt and Mercury; Mercury consists of Salt and Sulphur. All three elements, form 9 Elements, the combination of these 9 Elements, gives you a 10th element (Azoth).

So what is Azoth? Azoth is a power, that grants you the knowledge and ability to bend the laws of physics and nature to your whim. For example: It is believed that when Jesus walked on water, he had the power of Azoth surging through him; When Rapustin was refusing to die from poison and several gun shot wounds, he was using Azoth and etc...

However, I'm 74.5% sure that these are two different Azoth's we are talking about. The Azoth I described is a spiritual energy, which can only be accessed through hard concentration. This Azoth is a physical, living being.

If you have read the link I provided above, this Azoth is capable of surging through your bloodstream, it can replace your bloodstream, it can extend out of your body and be used as a weapon, it can morph into anything it wants to, it can become solid and liquid-like. Not to mention, we can feel and see it (Some, even understand it). There were also moments when The Azoth was affected by magnets, which leads us to believe that it has traces of iron in it; it was also said that if Azoth remains detached from a host for a very long period of time, it will fall apart into dust, which leads us to believe that The Azoth needs to "Feed" off of something.

The Azoth is found in the Proxie's (Servants of Slenderman) brains, it is believed that, that's where the Azoth begins to grow inside a human body, since getting it out of the brain is practically impossible without killing the person. If this person,with Azoth in his head, lives for a long enough time, eventually The Azoth replaces their bloodstream and in a sense, becomes the new blood. This leads me to my next point, a lot of the Servants, after they have the Azoth implanted in their brain, don't remember their past, or remember chunks and bits of it, or sometimes, they have false memories, which means that not only is Azoth capable of messing with us physically, it also has the ability to mess with our memories and re-create them, to it's liking.

It is believed that you can alter your memory, by giving a big chunk of information to a person to process, which contradicts their previous memory. So, could it be possible that, when The Azoth is altering the proxy's memory, it's giving the brain information, it can not digest? So that must mean that Azoth is also telepathic. Very few were able to communicate and control it (Or work with it).

That's not all. Azoth is also capable of altering it's DNA if stayed away from it's source for a long period of time. There were several "Hot Spots" on our Earth, that have been overtaken by Azoth, so in a sense, those places are alive. Some of them don't let The Slenderman in, because they are not of one creation anymore, those are two different DNA's that are trying to interact with each other, which isn't possible. Which also means, that Slenderman doesn't have the ability to re-produce.
